- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Unused practice credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- Full refund available within 7 days of the first subscription purchase if no credits have been used.
- Partial refund available within 3 days of purchase even if credits have been used (one-time courtesy refund per user).
- Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law.
- Refunds are not provided after 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not issued for promotional or discounted plans unless required by law.
- Accounts found misusing the service, violating our Terms of Service, or engaging in fraudulent activity may be denied refunds.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via billing settings.
- Cancellations prevent future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments unless eligible under this policy.
