Refund Policy for AI Mock Interview

We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our users.

1. Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Unused practice credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund available within 7 days of the first subscription purchase if no credits have been used.
• Partial refund available within 3 days of purchase even if credits have been used (one-time courtesy refund per user).
• Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds are not provided after 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not issued for promotional or discounted plans unless required by law.
• Accounts found misusing the service, violating our Terms of Service, or engaging in fraudulent activity may be denied refunds.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via billing settings.
• Cancellations prevent future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments unless eligible under this policy.
